i'm not sure about nba but i would avoid purchasing empire total war right now. people are reporting so many issues with the game that it's kind of accepted that the game is still beta. ca pushes out patches every few days to fix problems but there are still loads of them left. it's not a steam problem, the game itself is just problematic. i also read on gi that it might be releasing in india so you might want to wait for that. it would definitely be cheaper than buying it for 50$ from steam.
