What is the exact procedure to pull up a company in consumer court..?
Need to file a case against a footwear company for selling a pair of shoe which was defective right from the start.
The showroom person mentioned abt 3 months' warranty. (i think it was against any 'malfunction' which may occur,)
Article was purhcased last yr somewhere around feb, and still have the recipt.
2) By the way, also.. there is this lady who has a column in a newspaper where she provides advise to people on such cases.Pushpa Girimaji is her name.
Anybody got her email..? i cudnt find even after googling
3) Afaik, the cost for fighting the case is nil as the consumer puts the case himself/herself.. right ?
