guys i am having asus board having max 125w processor support and i am going to buy phenom ii 965 and its 140w is my board able to run it ?

^^whats the model number of that Asus one which you have? and i don't think your current mobo will support the 140W cpu if its 120W max.

buy phenom II x4 965 'C3' stepping model....its TDP is 125W. And don't forget to update ur BIOS before installing it.
