Well,
A close relative of mine has started a small scale software development firm, now what he exactly does is that he contacts his potential custommers and tells them what he can do for them, and thus sells highly customised software to them, so the firm is doing well, and he wants to expand, and is willing to know about the kind of opportunities that the outsourcing phenomenon presents in terms of software development.Is it possible to obtain contracts from foreign firms , and are there any legal issues with this?
any info will be welcome...... i've been delaying this post for some time now, and the next thing i'm going to do is to google the issue a bit more thoroughly.......:huh:

To attract foreign clients, you need to have a web-presence and an impressive web-site.

i wud suggest that making firm global so early is not good make best homebase in own country.Then u get name reputed company then u get offers from the foreign clients easily:hap2:
