UDPixel is a free program that generates rapid changes on the pixels neighbors to the dead one. Just leave it turned on some hours. (Be sure you have .NET framework instaled)

That doesn't fix dead pixels only un'stucks' stuck pixells.Dead pixells are simply dead.

dead pixels cud only be realive thru pressing them hardly
or u may have EK SE BHAL DO TIN CHAR OR GOD KNOWS

well i have chosen an LCD with 3 yrs warrant but min no pixels dead 2 change it is 3(i tink) so look out 4 such conditions while lookin for warranty

How to locate dead pixels ...

Eazy way - have a plain white wallpaper and hide the taskbar - clear off all icons from desktop (I never have any icons on my desktop) and you should see a plain white screen and any dead pixels will show up.

You can also have a plain white image open in photoshop and select it fill the screen...

On my 740N I had one dead pixel directly under the START button but after a day it seems to have come back alive on its own
