Well, with the Kit, I got 8 Feet, of Tygon Soft Vinyl Tubing, yes.

Even the Soft Vinyl Tubing has to be heated to be put on the Barbs buddy.

The only difference is that its Easier to curve, turn, etc.

Great setup man.....just when i was getting to grip with air cooling......u guys are always a step ahead

Aah..

I just realised, the the CPU to Res tube, is Kinking a bit. So, Im gonna replace that tube, with a bit longer one, ofcourse.

Just replaced the CPU to Res tube, with a bit longer tubing.

Too lazy to post pics :P. Will do it later.

It looks a bit better than the before now :P.

Havent got myself the Stand-By PSU yet, for Leak-Testing. Will get it from a friend soon.

Any ideas on how to Short-start a 24 Pin PSU?.. I know how to Short-Start a 20 Pinner :/.

Well..

Leak testing..

My heart was in my Mouth when I started...

Prep..

Started.. My heart was beating like a drum played during march past...

Ran on my old.. VIP 350W :P..

All looking well?

Well... Not quite... My Rad has a bit of a leak :(. Will have to patch it up. Will ask Mechanics how they do it :P.

Everything else was fine.

Ran it for 15 mins.. After which I got a bit annoyed of cleanig the 3 - 5 drops of Water every 10 seconds.

MSeal came to my mind.. But itll ruin the looks :(.

Harshal, gave me advice, to ask the Mechanics how they patch up Car rads :D... Ill do that on Monday.

Lol.. What do you mean by Leaks already.

Its a tiny-winy lil' gap in the Rad, from where the Water is seeping out. Its not my fault at all :/. All the Barbs, etc.. Done by me, are fine. No leaks there .. for 15 mins atleast.

Me going to get MSeal right now. Atleast gonna do a temporary thing, so I can leak test.

Try Silicone rubber sealant (Dr.Fixit i think). Youll get it at almost all glass shops.

It will look way better than Mseal, infact if you use it right it won't show at all.

It costs around a Rs.100 for a regular pack. less for smaller tubes but they are hard to find. This IMO will be the best solution.

I think Dr.fixit is brand name. They have polymer adhasive.

Thats what i used to fix my old rad. works perfect. They also have silicon rubber gum but that can come off if you handle the place where its applied.

I suggested polymer adhesive instead to adi.

Ive applied MSeal right now.

Letting it Set in. Then will resume the Leak test.

Will look at the Silicon Rubber Sealant, on Monday.

Thanks g00gle.

Cement paint is the best for such use, only it's not available easily here.

It's meant for scale models and hence doesn't scab or scratch or anything, you can apply smooth coats with the included brush.
