Proxy to access Youtube

I need a proxy through which i can access youtube and also view the videos. I know that most proxies can access youtube but when it comes to playing those videos, that does not happen.

Also if we have some website to download youtube videos without those websites giving any URL related to youtube then it would great.

I mean i know keepvid.com, but it will give a download URL which will have the word youtube in it, that will NOT work :(
