I already own a P IV 1.7, 128 MB pc100 SDRAM with OnBoard Sis 650 Display Chipset (Year 2001/2002). Id buy the PS2 if it could perform better than this.

obviouslly man , if you are strapped for cash and dont want to upgrade your pc , then go for a ps2 ... it will be a lot lot better than gaming on your machine.
I'll have to put atleast 12-14k for upgrading my pc.
Sounds better to get a PS2 instead
Games too are much cheaper, 25 bucks in Alfa
Im a bit strapped on cash for now.
