Lord Nemesis said:I havent had occation to use it much other than for R:FOM as I have no other PS3 FPS game with me, but gameplay in that was substantially improved over the Six Axis. The mouse aim was way better, but not perfect like in a PC game, but I think thats because the game itself has been tuned for use with a analog stick and not for the fine control that a mouse provides. The mouse itself is an optical one and works well with the provided mouse pad. After having accostomed to using a 2000dpi laser mouse for my PC games, I could not get used to this mouse at first, but as I said its still way better than aiming with an analog stick and after playing half an hour I got used to it.
Apart from that, All the functionality of the six axis has been replicated in this controller. The concept itself was quite good and infact this sort of controller would be perfect for FPS games even on a PC, convinence of mouse aim in the right hand and analog stick for movement in the left and more buttons to switch weapons etc.
For the kind of price I bought it, I found it to be a decent investment when compared to the costly keyboard/mouse PS3 adapters available in the market.

Also, I think most games are optimized for controllers on PS3/Xbox 360. For example when I played COD 4 on my friend's Xbox 360 it took me about 20 minutes to adjust but after that I was fine playing with the controller.
