decalgirl is a nice option..

There are places where you get decals in Mumbai, but these are very expensive, unbearably so for smaller gadgets... might be worth it for laptops and such... much better to online from a site like decalgirl. There is SkinJam on Juhu Tara road, you'll get skins for the PSP for around a grand or so - this is in Mumbai. Better to get the feel of the quality, even if you are willing to trust someone else on the design front.
