PSU and chassis for ATi 5970

hiii friends
i am building a new gaming rig...and i am very much confused as i want to utilise my old psu and chasi(cooler master silent pro m700watts and hafx 922 cabinet) with my new hardware so can anyone tell me precisely whether---

1.my new 5970 can easily fit into hafx 922 cabinet or not and

2.can i use my power supply(silent pro m 700watts) with my 5970 or not
rest hardware is:
asus rampage 3 extreme
intel i7 930
2*2tb hd
samsung dvd writer

ATI 5970 is around 13inches long, so there wont be any problem with it's installation.

CM silent pro 700w looks like a mid-sized PSU it should also set up easily in CM922.

So, you can go ahead with the installation.
