Will run on Zebby 400 for sure, it requires less power than 8600GT...but better get at least a Corsair CX400 later so dat u won't ruin ur hardware with further upgrades.

yes it will run on a 400w zebby one

ive seen XFX HD4770 run on zebby 400w

:O are you sure ? zebby 400w does not have a 16pin connector which is required by high end card like 4770.

mine is zebby 400w economic series. if yours one is pro series thn I don't know

come on guys..I received the card today; has to install it tonight

@mihirX: how much you paid for your card ?

4670 has 128bit bus and gddr3 so 512mb will enough for it.1gb will be overkill for any 128bit gddr3 based card.1gb will be good for 256bit card like 9600gt or 4770.

for 4770 u need a descent psu which will cost of around 2.5k

so total cost will be 7.5+2.5k=10k

4670 should be work in generic 400 watt psu; or else any descnet 350 watt (cm for example ) will satisfy the need costing 1.5k max

i got sapphire 4670 512mb gddr3 from rahul through ebay costing me 4300 shipped. there is go of palit 9600gt for 4750 + shipped - you can check that also

take ur pick as per your budget and satisfaction ( i am upgrading from 7300gt 512mb ddr2- so i will get huge difference in performance)

yeah same here. I was also bit tempted for this card but has to reconsider due psu requirements.

Sapphire ,

I read somewhere in the forum, the shopkeeper suggest to go with sapphire instead of msi due to service related issue to one of TE buyer.

Previously Palit bad reputation for cheaper build quality- I read some post in TE. Can't comment on the current build quality. Thats why I consider Sapphire as the safe bait. I got sapphire and suggest the same to you.

thx once again

n any knowledge abt ddr4 version?

I checked this review

the card is bit faster and has a better hsf (duel sided) - as show in the article. I have no clue for the price and availability. you can consider the card if you are getting it within 4700-4800- but I am sure you will not get this card here in India. good luck for your QUEST

if you are getting in a price point like 4500/- then its ok. otherwise there is no point in paying extra for additional memery in a 128bit and gddr3 based card.

since you already bought the card.. now enjoy man

happy gaming :hap2:

you could have got the TAgan 500W in that cost

Right, but 400w is quite enough for my next upgrade also and I want to have a better quality product..for any single graphics card pc rig my psu will be enough

1gb will be of next to no use if u have anything less than the 22" full hd monitor 2nd these kind of calculations doesn't make sense unless u practically tried it out 4670 is very much equal to 4770 in power consumption slightly lesser @ LOAD :)
