HDD(s):1.5 TB Total 3 are WD .

Sound card: Asus Xonar Essence DG
Speakers: plantronic gamecom 377 headset
Optical drive(s): Sony DVD R/W

recently i replaced HD4870 with HD6950 2GB . But after adding that card i have been facing issue i mean pc sometime get freeze and less performance in BF3 :/ + i had to stop one 120 led fan because my DVD rom wasn't working which means i am drawing more electricity then it can give .
correct me if i am wrong .
i won't upgrade anything for next 2-3years but this issue must be retify so i am thinking of upgrading my PSU . please tell me PSU also please keep in mind i have APC 650W UPS so please make sure it can also handle it
