Ok now this is getting Rediculous ! I understand that u r not getting any spam by me in the Tech-section ! First of all I created that thread and posted some valid points. Now there was a flame war going in this thread b/w vandal and Mohit for no reason at all , so I posted That Light Hearted comment which u r considering as spam ! Rave I can show u more than 100 posts Like this in the Tech-section by other members !

Ahaha really nice bluff for every valid reason that Rave provided you will come up with alternate reasons i.e. either blaming someone else for provoking, acussing other members (when in fact only you have been named), accusing us of politics (have you ever wondered what we stand to gain from it?). It's like when some is found guilty of a crime, they always say that there are lots of others doing it as well but forget the fact that they are the same. Plus it seems to me that you have something personal against nikhil, please sort it out on other means of communication like pm, y chat!.
Talking about safin, the mods/gmods never take any decision without admin approval. This was a indeed a strong decision we guys took to bring back some sanity. I am happy it was done, some of the guys are trying to introspect into their behaviour.

It'll give you an idea how easy going we are still here. People on that forum are Auto-banned for being dumb !! :huh: Now imagine that.............Still the forum has strong 50k members.
Now in this short time let me see what you've done
- Accussed the staff of playing politics without rhyme and reason. This itself is enough for a ban on other sites.
- Consistently Accussed certain other members again without rhyme and reason. After even accussing the members you plan for them to support you on this issue.
- You have spammed in this thread as well with requests of returning postcounts and nickels. Biggest reason of your spam posts.
- Created a air of conspiracy that the admins aren't supporting this decision, again without rhyme and reason.
I see that most of the other members in that list have realised their mistake. Kudos to all of them, while you are still acting immaturely and trying to act as if nothing happened. Frankly speaking this isn't about one or two episode its a culmination of your attitude and behaviour till the time you have been on TE.
If you choose to behave immaturely continue to do so, the staff and the members are intelligent enough to discern to whats wrong and with whom. If you think this is some soap opera going on for the staff to be having ego issues with you then you are sadly mistaken. However it is for the good of TE that we have to take such decision, we see it for the greater good with consistent complaints from that "Accussed" that we are being unfair in certain ways (like how you got to the decision that we are being biased). I can in no way assure you that we are not being biased since i am sure you will choose to look to other way. Also i have no idea what we stand to gain from being biased. It's not like Nikhil, chaos, vince, sandy or any other member you accused are paying us or doing us any favour by visiting this site.

Okay, finally i've finished reading all of 6 pages in this thread. Now its time for me to reply. I'll try and keep my reply short and to the point.
First of all, there's no POLITICS going on at TE. In addition to the members publically warned in this thread, there are quite a few other members who've been warned by PM. Now why is that? That's coz their offence was less severe in comparison to those who have been warned publically and they deserved a 2nd chance. Even then, just for the sake of equality, we deducted 10% of their hard earned reputation.
Remember that this listing of members to be warned wasn't carried out in a day or in a week. Its a direct result of your online conduct over many weeks and months plus the number of reports against you guys from other members. We don't have anything personal against you guys and please don't think that we're sidelining a handful of guys just for the sake of it. Why would we even think about playing politics with you here? Do you belong to any political party? Are you a leader of any big rival community? Think about it. We have no such intentions. Our only intention is to improve the online behavior of certain members here and make TE a better place for all.
We want you all in this community and we also want you all to follow the rules. Intelligent and clever spamming is allowed but only in Intro Lounge, Chatterbits and Entertainment. Try not to post OT and other crap in tech sections. For your info, misleading members with wrong technical information is also a kind of spam. If you don't know something or are unsure, plz refrain from posting. Its not like if you've seen the thread, you'll have to post. There's no such compulsion.
Also in market threads, posts like "wow! i wish i had the money", "bumping it for you buddy" etc. are irritating to say the least. If you think, something is wrong in any thread, report that thread or PM the mods. Don't try and act like mods yourself. The mods are here for a purpose and kindly let them do their job.
For the last time, i'll just have to say this. Its a joint staff decision and without any kind of political motive. Those who've been warned need to improve and no one knows it better than you guys do.

I am sick of members like him who just go around accusing the staff of some conspiracy and politics. I really dont understand how the divide and rule is working out here.

Oh and arent you the member who posted sample showcase screenshots in the 'Desktop of the Month' contest.. Here U Go, My Uber Desktops !! .. We were supposed to post our own desktop not someone else' and surely not some showcase samples.. If you were using those desktops then you could have posted a screenshot of each instead you found it more convenient to search for and post the samples.
I call this cheating and surely enough we dont lesson from a cheater.. Hell we dont even need a cheater/fraudster/bluffmaster on TE.
If it makes you feel any better then that is reason enough to get you in this list so dont ask for anymore reasons and dont point fingers at anyone.

i come here to look for advice on buying a new card and some of the regulars will start quoting and talking about their cpu.. or maybe what they planning to do or not do tonight(get my hint)
seriously no one likes this. we are board that has search engine hits as only advertisement. we need quality content at quality places. no one cares what you do in lounge(ofcourse abusing anywhere is bad). but if a new user lands up after searching a technical term on a spam fest which has everything other than what he got on that topic for, he will juust close the window.

Adding to the above, it appears some of the members who have made it to the "list" above, have gone on a rampage and started reporting every other post they read trying to point it out as "spam", "misleading information", etc.
