A friend of mine, who has recently shifted to Pune, temporarily, wants to buy HP's 3 year Care package. To be frank, I dunno what is this :ashamed: but I would like to help him so can any of u please tell me about a good or official dealer for HP laptops/products in Pune who can provide this Care package?

Go to the local HP Service Center and ask them about it.

Basically it is like a warranty extension for your existing/ new purchase from HP.

either you can pay via card or else talk to them on the phone and arrange a check pickup.

usually they offer some free gift on buying the 2 year extended pack. My firend got a nice laptop bag with this care pack. (the pack itself cost 6k + taxes online)
