Id recommend getting in touch with your local postman, giving him some chai pani and promise some more when the package comes and claim its some universtiy thing or something so that he doesnt flick it himself would help

That's what I did. Ended up paying 50rs for the 150rs product (Data cable) . But I am happy that I got one item and hoping to get others aswell.

I received a Spam mail from UPS. Content matches ( Date and the shipment was sent thru USPS) with my problem but I doubt whether the attachment has virus. Can some one confirm this?

Unfortunately we were not able to deliver postal package sent on the 13th of February in time
because the addressee's address is wrong.
Please print out the invoice copy attached and collect the package at our office.

Update: Focalprice resent me the package ( Paid 1.5 USD for shipment charges). Received my package in 15 days.Can any expert confirm whether it's the end of my items? Its been 3 months.
