This card has been pulled from my Dell Inspiron 5370.
I have this card lying around with me and not in use for over 2 years. I had swapped the card out for a Broadcom chip, which I used for hackintosh setup. Kept this chip around as I had warranty on my laptop for which I thought this might be needed. The warranty got over on March, so selling this.

You can find the spec sheet

TLDR: Dual-band 802.11ac + 4.1 BT

It worked on the dell laptop and on the Fenvi PCI-E adapter I have plugged into my PC. So I believe it does not have any locks of sort, since the Fenvi should have exposed them, so it should work.

P.S.: DW1560 initially would give me very bad pings and low speeds. Later discovered that asking the BIOS to do a full hardware scan instead of the quick one during boot fixed the issues I was having with the Wi-Fi card.
