PC Peripherals Query MX5021

Hi Guys!

I am missing the treble (or high range whatever it is) a lot on my MX5021.
I am using them with onboard sound which is Realtek ALC882 HD 8 Channel.

What is the problem? Please give some suggestion.

EQ is on default settings. This should be OK.

I think problem may be with onboard sound, but here also doubt is that with headphones everything is fine.

I have recently bought MX.. Can the problem be with the speakers also?:huh:

Give some idea about it.

BTW I am also from hyderabad.:)

I got an ATP3 also for my brother.

Now please suggest two sound cards one for my MX.. and another for ATP3 for pure audio quality.

I need one around 5k for my MX.. and another for ATP3 that can be low budget but should be good enough for ATP3 to produce quality music.

BTW How is Audigy 2 value comparing to SB Live.

buy a Creative Audigy 2 ZS for 4k for the MX5021 & Creative Audigy 2 Value for 2k for the ATP3

the Creative Audigy 2 Value & the Creative SB Live 24Bit are almost the same & cost same too
