When will nvidia 40nm desktop gpu's come out....

And what is meant by nvidia shipping directly to OEM's

i googled and many results said that nvidia may have started shipping 40nm to OEM's and not to retail!!!
 
Ati too came with RV740 before 4770.
i belive Nvidia is about to move to 40m technology

but in case of mobile GPU chips they used 40mm to make one similar to current Gfx card GPU which is built in 65 nm.

may be for Next gen gfx cards we can see 40nm tech....
