didn't he say Green cycle which is different from blue cycle,i thought we got it cleared in the discussion in the old mediahome thread.
btw they don't use sanyo tech but a similar one.

Maybe you are correct. But googled for "sony cycle energy green" and the only relevant link I got was from techenclave!

I believe i can distinguish between genuine and fakes and I'll be damned if i couldn't.
Good, you DA MAN :eek:hyeah:

So i went to the market today in search of other stuff and came upon some AA eneloops for Rs.325/pair.

Now the thing that got me is it said made in japan, had no import sticker and claims 3000maH but actual ouput would be 2900mah (how honest !)

I did not think eneloops went above 2400mAh, so the question is are these knock-offs or the real thing

Well i believe you went to national market and its neighbors.

Now even a regular AA batteries don't have that much capacity, you get plenty of sanyo/sony/camelion fakes.Rest assured the eneloop that you saw was a fake.

So to avoid the hassle just get a sony blue cycle battery from sony world or other big retail chains.
