Query regarding time taken for Corsair RMA

Hi all,
I had to recently send in my CX550 for RMA since it started shutting down under any kind of CPU or GPU load. I had handed it over to the local Kaizen Center (Vashi, Navi Mumbai) on July 27, and after 4 days (July 31) it was dispatched to Bangalore. It was "Received at Hub" on 5th August, and RMA status shows as "In Process" ever since. It's been over a week, and I wanted to know if this is normal.
If not, I shall call them up and/or write an email, and hopefully things will move along.

I can share my experience with Kaizen w.r.t. writing e-mails and calls, they are useless. Never got a reply to many emails that I wrote them. I RMAd a CM product, which was processed and redispatched really quick. After it's processed, the RMA portal says nothing, which worried me. It was sitting with DTDC for a few days but yes, that part was annoying where the RMA portal simply says 'No pending RMA' immediately after showing 'In Progress'
