Quick recommendation for 1.5 ton AC, budget 30k?

Hello TE gurus,

As the title suggests, my budget is 30k (hard limit) !

I'm looking to buy a 1.5T AC for my bedroom (one floor on top). I've seen some Samsung Models at 29k (3 star), and one Hitachi Kaze at Infibeam http://www.infibeam....D.html?id=White

I'll be going to ezone today to check out what they have to offer, but do you guys have any obvious recommendation for me? (I'm only looking at 3 star or above)

No Voltas/LG please.
 
I'm using 2 Samsung ACs (5*) since 2 years, cooling is effective but till now its capacitors have conked off (both models) and they need gas refill every year ... Dunno its problem with piping or the unit ...

I would say go for brands like Hitachi / OGeneral / Bluestar / Daikin / Carrier ...

Yes, I'm a little worried about that, after seeing the horror done by Voltas installation guys at a friend's place. Hopefully they'll do a good job .. planning to get installed this weekend

Make sure that the pipes have sufficient downward slope to carry water out of the hole in the wall - that's one thing I know of.

Other AC knowledgeable folks may have better advice.
