thats waht we were trying .. to make you understand .. with 1 customer you behave like this then how come you expect us to take products from you .. 1000s must have read the blogs + this thread .. no ones gonna take the risk of purchasing from you now ..

Its ok i too learn't something out of this will treat it as the cost of learning :)

i am at peace with my business, but i still have an itch to login to TE at 1 a.m. to poke my nose :ashamed:
 
@Rahul - You offering OP to buy anything (Arctic Cooling / Noctua / Rantopad / Lian Li / GSKill) of same value (Rs.970 - taxes) right ?
 
Yes but we are not them just a thought that came to my mind before i changed my warranty.

Understand this -Lets say u bought 1 PL30 for 10$ from sound magic and when u return the same to them in warranty period and say they told you they don't have stock will u accept a CN of 5$ or will you say u want full 10$, u will say 10$ and will get 10$ so follow the same for these guys too.

Well,

what you did in the first post i something what all service centers do .i do not see any issue in that .The policy or decision to change any policy is yours .i have nothing to sell here .every person has his right to speak or to take a decision .i have my viewpoints so does everyone else .
 
AmarBIR and ITWares are the same no difference...they dont believe in customersaitisfaction they believe in their own company satisfaction ..
 
Request to deale is pleaser dont import any new products if u cant setup service centre or stock them....coz in da end buyers hasto sufffer
 
Can u please check our new policy and tell us there is anything wrong with it?

Then problem solved. OP can buy anything he needs from brands offered by Rahul with full warranty on the product. MODS can now close this thread or stop others from posting as dealer has understood what we all were trying to say and he needs no more bashing or rude comments.

The buyer is not suffering anymore nor anyone will now - u , ISHROCZ_14 are just purely bashing me and are purely bad mouthing us now

lol.. there have been around 7500 views of my blog post till now about this warranty thing.. Even if 0.1% of them were potential ITWares customers which won't buy from him anymore, that's 7 customers lost. If they wanted to buy just 500 rupees stuff from him, it amounts to a loss of ~3500 rupees. 10 times more than the 300 he wanted to save has been lost in just 10 hours..And this is a very conservative estimate.. We haven't even considered the various folks on different forums who read about it, lot of whom would have bought much more expensive things and many of them could have been repeat customers.. but anyways.. good luck to you now that you have understood the right and wrong and changed your policy

And amarbir paaji, aap to rehne hi do.. you don't have any credibility yourself that you can use to put in your opinion here...
 
I Will give u Simple examples.. Dell E248 Monitor they didnt had stock after 2 year or so maybe more.. whoever monitor went bad and went for replacement dell provided it with U2410 or any higher end monitor 80% people got U2410 worth 30k .. they didnt provide any credit note that is called customer service.. Amarbir and ITWARES u people talk shit man !!! such dealer like u cry for just 300 rs damm.. stop importing products if u cant keep stocks or provide replacement.. and please.. BCOZ of TE u got knowldge what to import and u got name.. else.. no one knew u dude !!

you can think whatever you want .. i was just writing the facts that happened with me as a customer .. and you thoroughly deserve that !!!

^^ It doesn't matter now i have removed my clause and am offering the same kind of warranty that is being provided in the whole world no one can deny this.

Well Rahul ,
Its As Simple As That ,even If You will Sell Products At Rate To Rate ,These Guys Would Be Thankless .Its Not The Entire TE Member Base but a Small Section Of People who will Leave No Opportunity to do anything to harm any dealer who ever it may be .The system you adopted is exactly the same what all service centers adopt if they have to return cash back to a customer .i am so goddamn happy i left the dealership here it gives me so much peace of mind to concentrate on actual business and my own platform .If techenclave if so fedup with its dealers it should remove the dealer paradise area.But Then what will Be the fun to join TE lol .

@ M-Jeri : You are great boss ,You seem to have a issue with all the dealers of the world lol .Also Posted The Same On My Websites Homepage So That No One Could Delete What i Have Written Lol As God Knows What New rules Come Up On Te suddenly .Mods Actually Get Kicks Out Of These Kind Of Threads .Suddenly You have a rule that says only two people have to solve a issue once i left TE .Today We Have 39 Pages Full Of Crap against Poor Rahul .
At amar paji, now that you have dug enough from TE, obviously you would be so 'goddamn' happy to leave your dealership. You must have probably got enough to live a happy and peaceful lame life. lol, "concentrate on actual business and my own platform" it seems..:ohyeah: As if you were doing Meharbani on us on TE.
 
We need to really appreciate one fact... Rahul was really patient enough to read/reply each/most of every post in this thread...... How difficult is it to reply to all people, and that to when people get Hyper.( included me also )

Today I prayed God that if this sorts out today and the thread will be closed with +ve ending and smiling m-Jeri , then I will eat one more round of break fast tomorrow( :P) Hope fully I get to do that...
 
So, the matter has been solved now... I guess!! :yahoo:

@ People: Please stop bashing Mr. Amarbir here... And yes... not even Mr. Rahul now...
