brought HAF X and 6950 Twin Frozr iii OC/PE from theitwares(just prior to this purchase, also brought SeaSonic 750 JS).

good to know that the issue at hand is finally resolved (atleast from theitwares dude's side), and i think even Jeri will be happy with the outcome.

damm, spent so many hours reading all these pages :O

also, theitwares dude, what exactly did u change in ur FAQ(on ur website)?
 
Guys want to point out one thing !!!! C whatever was the outcome was it took to much time to sort this out... ITWAREs HAD NO OPTION BUT TO listen coz his reputation was going for a TOSS . M-jeri had to get proper justice. ITWares should relaise that first and he should have shown some maturity which was not there realising it late..and then say sorry hmm me dissapointed . EOD itwares guy is removed from list.. What i know is he just did to save his reputation nuthing else he wouldnt have done it simple . People are smart . When they know the ass is being kicked they come back saying i realised by mistakes and its good to learn that is all crap .

Thank god , ITwares has come to its senses @ rahul, dude, if u had said this 48 hours earlier, no one would have even heard of this matter ! but you decided to stick by your rules ; its a good thing, if your rules were fair to everyone.

one thing i really liked about you is the pain you took to reply to every post here, which would not have been a cake walk :)

@m-jeri, i have got a few CN like this and normally they do reduce the taxes and don't lose it now when you have got it so close :)

i understand this whole fiasco must have made a hell of a 2 days for you, but we cant be ignorant of the fact that, ITwares have lost a lot too in the past 2 days . Any one would think twice before buying from him now.

and this thread reminded me how much of a helpful lot we have at TE ! :)

@ Others - What's the point in not deleting these threads, this is what will happen with all the customers now new old everyone, keeping these threads blogs all this will only spoil our name and is going to affect someones livelihood.

It's not like you see such threads against us on a regular basis this is the first time in 4 years of dealing on TE and online so I request you guys and staff to be reasonable with us.

This thread needs to be here. Dealers should never treat customers as fools or high handed. It maybe his business. But our money. That's more important than anything else.

If you remember this is the same guy that boasted, even if the thread goes 10 pages nothing will be done. Same guy who said to me File an FIR, Same guy who told me I am wrong in all counts, same guy who said do whatever you want.

It took this guy 2 days, over 70 pages of threads in various forums in India, several hundred people explaining to him, 2 banned members, 1 blog entry, Complaint registering in Core, Akosha, Facebook and twitter notifications to give what is RIGHTFULLY mine. I am not dramatizing this. This is what happened.

If you want you can delete this thread and forget it. Or let it be there and remind him that he was the wrong one

This thread should be kept as a reminder to all.

For dealers, To be straightforward, Treat the customers well, Give them whatever they deserve rightfully.

For buyers, When you guys get new imported brand in mouth watering prices, check the fine print. Make the dealer say what his terms mean.

I too did not sleep for almost no time and was constantly replying to all posts here on one more forum too we were following the rules laid down by our company i have already accepted and have changed the rule not only for you but for everyone who has ever dealt with our company and will ever deal with us.

As this is the first time in 4 years of dealing on TE and online that you have come across something like this I request you guys and staff to be reasonable with us i have done what was needed from our side, accepted our fault , changed the policy and apologized for everything kindly be reasonable and give us a chance.

And if you guys still think that i really deserve this then i guess so be it

Only if this was your first response to the OP's query, we wouldn't have seen 41 pages and 600+ posts on this issue.

Glad that it was resolved finally. The damages however seem to have been done already! Good luck anyway.
