Raining in Mumbai!

As I write this at 3:59 AM in the morning, I am seeing that in my colony (Anushaktinagar) in Mumbai, there is fairly moderate rain at this moment!

YAY! THE RAINS ARE FINALLY HERE! :hap2:

Edit: Now the rains have become fairly heavy and lots of lightning and thunder as well! :ohyeah:
 
OMG..already raining in mumbai?? :O Damn, i missed the first rain..:no: neways, this just seems to be prelude to the real show tht'll begin after first week of june...n then u love it or hate it, but u'll certainly not escape it...:lol:
 
i smelt the mud while sleeping but couldnt get up to close my window as i was thinking its a dream where some battle of plassey going on(lightning sound)..
 
No rain here- Cloudy, Dull, Overcast- HOT as hell and sticky humidity in Andheri.:(

Maybe drizzled at night but didn't smell the wet earth so unlikely.:P
 
I was dead to the world at 4am :P But since my mom didn't mention anything in the morning, I conclude that it didn't rain in thane.
 
It just got little dark here. It was murky all day but now its really dark. Feels like evening 5PM at 12 noon.

need rain badly. too hot.
 
I dont think there was any rain in Colaba either:P
Was asleep but if it rained, atleast the roads would have been wet when i got up.:bleh:

Oh and no cloud cover...damn bright and sunny here with no signs of clouds!!!:( Freakin hot here!!!
 
Yeah, its back to being bright and sunny right now. My sources say there's chance of a drizzle tomorrow, but I wouldn't be so sure of that...

Well, as long as you stay inside and there is no powercut to kill the AC, rain is a welcome change...all tht changes when the real thing breaks loose in mumbai every year...ask anyone who gets delayed to office due to late trains, sometimes even has to miss it, get drenched in muddy yucky drain water thru their way to office n home, get squeezed in already overcrowded locals by other wet and sweaty ppl...eeh..thts a sucky feeling...In tht case, even i agree, Rain sucks....:P.....:no:

All tht talk about rains being romantic and all changes once u r out of the college..:lol:...The fact is tht after tht rains suck big time...:lol:
