DDR4, my budget is 10k. for all the sticks, thats why I mentioned that I want used ram.

I missed the part where you wanted DDR4 but yeah the RGB bit should've been a hint that I didn't see.

You can get two new 2x8gb RGB ram kits for ~11k, so it's probably not worth buying used at 10k.
