Rapidhare Error please help! , i love Rapidshare

When i browse rapidshare.com it shows this error:mad:
"Massive RapidShare hack attempts detected. IP blocked. Please call your internet provider." ,
But i have not done anything like that.....:huh:
Please help me....
do i have to change my IP address
or just contact rapishare to allow my IP Addresss (will they?)
