Hi all!!
Here's a basically brand new 6950 2GB Twin Frozr III Power Edition Overclocked Edition.
Its absolutely brand new unused except for testing and few hours of gameplay at the most.
It has A Dual BIOS switch (some say its a fan setting switch..).
This is a VERY RARE version, as most of the cards manufactured recently have Laser-cut Shaders hence no matter how much you flash the bios, you can't unlock what been cut-off physically.
I managed to unlock the shaders to 6970!!

I've undone the shaders and OC' since I only have a 1360*768 monitor.
But there is a good 10-15% in performance of games like Crysis, Battle Field 3 and Metro 2033
