I have pi zero w, but it gets hot as soon as I plug usb in. In case you can get it repaired.

this was never used and was always in my desk. Tried for pihole once and then left as it is

Little OT but curious...

Does it even boot to OS or is it dead?
Are you saying the cpu gets super hot as soon as you plug in the power or what? If that's the case it's dead, nothing can be done, if something else on the board gets hot then might be a short circuit but a little hard to figure out where and these boards generally don't get repaired.
