Barebones, No SSD, No RAM (It takes DDR4 SODIMM, two slots)
Currently, this PC runs Windows 10 and performance is up to the mark. Has Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
I have previously used it with Linux Mint and Batocera. Does well as an emulation machine.

It has the AM4 socket, yes, but I am not sure if it supports all AM4 CPUs. See the link for specifications which the OP pasted for the CPUs which are officially supported. I am not sure if any Bios mods exist to force support for other CPUs. This is also another useful thread -
