Rate the Last Movie You Saw...

Transformers 3 - 3/10. All of it for the CGI, which is excellent as expected. Rest is non-existent, again as expected. I did anticipate this. Movies such as Matrix & Transformers have worked in the 1st installment, more for their novelty, never-before-seen quality. The follow-up doesn't have anything fresh to offer.

This trend of having all movies in 3d is worrisome. For me, this mere sense of depth is not 3d. I expect 3d to be more akin to making things pop out at you such that your body reacts with a reflex. Something that was in the Chota Chetan movie.
 
Delhi Belly - 8/10

Hilarious sh!t... Reminiscent of Guy Ritchie's style.

Would've liked if Vijay Raaz's character didn't end up dying. He was awesome
 
Delhi Belhi : 1/10. I think I have had enough of Aamir/Rao productions. Not sure what they were trying to say. The "details" were forced. Waste of time.

Band Baaja Bharat : 7/10. Easy script and predictable. But the treatment is nice. Gets windy towards the end.

"Pretentious" is probably the word you are looking for :D And I agree.
 
Loved Delhi Belly 8/10 ... Very different from the normal stupid comedies of Bollywood...

Had a normal story but it was fast paced and didn't drag out even a bit... True the story is centered around sh!t and would have preferred less of fart jokes and sh!t but then it would have lost its ground... Compared to the likes of Double dhamal, Golmaal this was quite good.
 
Henry's crime:6/10...Worst story line... Mediocre performance from Keanu Reeves..

No Strings attached: 7/10...Loved the comedy..

Adjustment Bureau: 7.5/10 ....Interesting story....Emily blunt was beautiful...
 
Bheja Fry-II : 5/10 . The first one was better .

Delhi Belly : 8/10 . Comedy but cheap .

Transformers - Dark of the moon . 6/10 . This was better than Revenge of the Fallen but too long and felt boring at certain points .

I saw the hindi version and I seriously wonder how in the hell did censor board pass it. This goes to show the double standards and how a little influence and money can do wonders in India. The expletives in the film will shock you because they have never been so predominant in a hindi movie before without being censored. Most if not all the expletives used are forced and makes the otherwise decent screenplay seem pretentious and even offensive at times. The story is allright but nothing you haven't seen before. In the end I found the film to be way overrated given most of the critical acclaim it has been receiving. Their have been better youth oriented films released this year, Shaitan and Pyaar ka Punchnama to name a few.

This opinion is of the Hindi version only, I understand since the movie has been shot in english, that version would have felt more natural and less cheap/shocking.
