Yup. I mean, I loved the direction and camera work. Oh, the black humour & dialogues in the movie are fantastic. Waiting for Django Unchained.

Exactly what i felt when coming out of the hall. Instead of showing his analysis skills, they showed how he plans his moves while fighting. I mean c'mon, they would have worked if it was a kung-fu movie. Thsi was a disgrace. If someone really wants to enjoy sherlock on the screen, then the TV series is much much better.

Laughed like crazy for the most part, except when it gets serious for say 25% of the movie.

Dialogues are just amazing in this one

Has anyone seen the movies Pan's Labyrinth and City of God? Both of them are ranked <100 on imdb. But the problem is both are in different languages(Spanish and Portuguese respectively), so, how did you guys watch it? English subtitles? Won't it spoil the fun?

Won't spoil the fun at all. IMO, if you are worried about watching with subtitles, you would miss a vast majority of good and great movies.
