Rate the Last Movie You Saw...

Prisoners -> 7.5/10 Better acting than the story. I figured out the puzzle at 40 minutes, but they did pretty good incorporating random sub plot to confuse the audience. Really liked the acting of Hugh Jackman and Jake Gyllenhaal.
 
Prisoners : 7.5/10
The Heat : 7/10.
Turbo : 6.5/10
Percy jackson ( both parts ) : 6/10
2 Guns : 7/ 10 : Great acting by both actors.
we are the millers : 8/10. Loved it.
Good will hunting : 8.5/10. Brilliant plot and acting.
IP man ( both parts ) : 8.5 / 10, Must watch for action lovers.
Man of tai chi : 6/10 - rather skip it.

I really love these slow thrillers where things take time to unfold and the intensity of the characters shine through. For those who loved Prisoners, i can recommend a "slow thriller" - The Secret in their eyes. Although technically not a thriller , the way things unfold at the end made me numb for an hour or so. It has become my Favourite movie of all time. Really bored with superhero stuff lately. Same been there seen that stuff.

In this genre, some other movies are - Sleep Tight , The hidden face( Original version of Murder 3) , The Skin i Live in, Love Crime, Swimming pool. Although none as good as Secret in their eyes. That is par excellence.

Watched Elysium: Hmm, these stories are getting a little predictable and boring now, still Matt's acting skill was as always really great, and it was great to see Jodie Foster after a long time.

Aadukalam - Tamil, Dhanush starrer. http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1821317/ - 8.5/10

Damn this movie is really good. I wasn't expecting much, but this is some real stuff here. And now I realized why Dhanush is so famous in Tamil. I have seen only 3 and Ranjhaana, but in this movie Dhanush has done awesome job. When I first read its description, I was like whats this movie about rooster fights.

I am not sure how many know Nostalgia Critic. He has done a new video on the Man of Steel
Just check out the first 3 mins of the video. Its a funny song on how Man of Steel is kinda comparable to Batman Begins except ------- Zod ending ;)

The movie runs at such a feverish pace that by the time it's halfway through, you think the movie's ended :p

Excellent movie with awesome songs though!

Prisoners: Brilliant performances, so for that a great movie. However I didn't quite get the story! It seemed a rather simple story tried to be complicated, or, it's too complicated!
