Easiest $hit!
The "inability to feel pain" part sounds similar to Kick Ass & the name of the movie I already knew because it is actually same as this old movie from Steve Martin I watched years ago.

An out and out action comedy that does not take itself too seriously. Predictable and corny but never boring. Not every movie needs to be cinema or art. Sometimes, it just needs to entertain. This one does it very well. Jack Quaid fits the lead role like it was written specifically for him (maybe it was). The villains are straight from the 90s movies. Story stretches a bit at the end but it was still a satisfying watch.

It's not exactly what you are looking for but give this method a try for a few months. You won't regret it.
I loved the premise, and they could've done so much with it, but they butchered the movie from the second half. I regret spending money on it. I'd probably rate it 4/10.
Mickey 17: 5.5/10
Too mediocre. Robert's performance was great, others too did very well. There are some unnecessary/irreverent scenes which make zero sense or probably left unedited. I was expecting a better movie given that the director's last movie was great and even won 3 oscars. Overall, a passable/forgettable movie.
