guys, you have a couple thinggs mixed up.
The PCI-E version comes in 128mb and 256mb variants, The PCI-E also has a different core from the regualr 6800series, it only has 12....the other ones are simply not there and so cannot be unlocked.
The AGP is the only one that can be unlocked at than unfortunately only comes in 128mb.
