Hi Guys my Cousin is Going to Buy this Config at ~42k

Will this Perform Great [to its Full potential]

Is there a need to change RAM

Plz Suggest Changes if Necessary +1k can be put more not more than that

He is not able to get X3 720 BE so that is out of option...

Also he is going to use this machine for downloading + casual gaming + programming [so less power consumption better]

Afaik all AMD motherboard support Dual channel mode and not tri channel,So get yourself 2x2 GB dual channel kit.
 
Where are you from? It's very strange, 720be being one of the most popular processors he isnt able to get and 810 not very common is available. I dont think 810 is good VFM. If it's really unavailable at your place, you can get it online easily. And what's the price offered for asus board? It would be better if you could quote individual prices.

Mumbai suburbs[kalyan]..he asked locally he said 720BE is not avail he will provide us with 810...i also was said the same so i got 955BE..

@Aniruddh: Asus site QVL list contains above RAM so it means it supports it i think...
