Rcom to launch DTH services from Aug 15

cannot guarantee it......one of my neighbours got a dish tv cnxn yesterday......had been there to check it out.they told me that they did inquire abt reliance big tv with their dealer...he said its not going commercial for next 2 months.mayb they r planning a major launch...and their ad is on quite a big scale too..and they have bacchans on their brand ambassador list too..so i dont see the launch happening anytime soon..
 
BIG TV receiver(mpeg4) are low quality kya? one guy from punjab asked me to ship sun dth's mpeg4 receiver(homecast or coship) to him.
