Laptops Reapplying thermal paste to CPU/GPU of Lenovo T61

Hi Guys, I was wondering if it is possible to open my old T61, clean it up and reapply thermal paste. The core temperatures are going above 70 when watching youtube and it makes me jittery.

I would like to attempt it if it is not risky.

Any pointers would be appreciated.

Look for disassembling videos of your laptop model on Youtube. I'd suggest you ask someone who is experienced with disassembling laptops. All the best.
