CPU/Mobo Reccomend me a CPU cooler

Im not sure how much better that cooler is than stock .... it doesnt look like it will be much better Alpha17 has a thread on cpu coolers I suggest you go through that.

If you really want a step up in the performance over the stock Heat Sink Fan, I would suggest you invest in the --

As for thermal paste I use Tuniq TX-2, handy stuff ~300/- performs as well as the Arctic Silver 5 [but no curing period + after around ~6 months it dries up so you ought to re-apply it (which is not the case with the AS 5)].
