Received laptop with faulty screen from LetsBuy

did you try to post a comment about all at Letsbuy's Facebook & Twitter account?

Yeah i posted some comments on FaceBook and Twitter and this morning i got reply from twitter something like that "Thanks for bringing this to our notice! We shall do the needful on an immediate basis!!" !!

so just say they're wasting my time !! :@
 
Keep posting the issue on their FB wall everyday until your issue is resolved. Don't get abusive then they would block your comments .

Also keep sending an email everyday (don't expect any response other than we are looking into this for emails), and keep calling their cc everyday asking for a status.

This is what I did for around a month :@ to get an incorrect product replaced .

Now tweet that "The issue is from 2nd September & you try to contact LetsBuy using every means but no reply", also tweet Why they ask you to see Samsung Customer Care for DOA (Damaged On Arrival) product from them (letsbuy)?

They already blocked me on FB for doing like that so i can't post any complaint on the wall so only email,twitter and phone option are left !!

Yeah i knw but i don't have any option to do and no i really don't know how to recognize their senior mails but i got some mails from letsbuy i don't think they have something important to me !!!

so they didn't pick any call from me so i just want to call them anyhow some guys PM me with some Cell no. but it didn't work so i want to find out how should i call them to directive or something please anyone have any regarding information let me know !!

Write Detail letter/mail/Call to SAMSUNG INDIA & ask them what to do as dealer NOT responding for DOA (Dead On Arrival) product also mentioned that you bought Samsung because you trust the Brand but dealer ruined all you dreams/plans to use SAMSUNG product. Be polite while talking with anyone regarding this issue as it's already 16 day old issue & you contacting them NOW.

You didn't mentioned at what price do you bought that & which model? do you have original receipt or not? do mentioned all this in each & every communication with related person/department may help you more.

Thank you Emperor that's very helpful information you shared, really looking for it and i forgot to mention that productSamsung R Series Laptop NP-RV509-A0FIN price is Rs. 20,777 and i got original receipt so i think i'll give try to contact them and be polite with them and also thank you for that program i hope they'll do something abt it !!

Well finally i feel so good :clap: cause Letsbuy replied my mail something like "We would like to inform you that we are arranging the pickup of Samsung R Series Laptop NP-RV509-A0FIN (Dual Tone Silver Black) so that we can organize the replacement of the product. We would request you to kindly pack the Samsung R Series Laptop NP-RV509-A0FIN (Dual Tone Silver Black) and paste our address on the product." also they provide me their address in mail and after that they apologies to being so rude and all but i'm dying to wait when they're bring new one to my place BTW i've to wait for Aramex call :cursing: !!

other ways cause me too much hassle and headache so best way is to keep try to call dealer (That's what i understand)..:cool2:

don't know why these guys can't give same sort of service to every customer

few days ago ordered Canon Monochrome, fabulous packaging i would say & item perfect in working condition

btw make sure, that the item carries warranty from samsung, this might be case of selling used stuff

anyways good to hear Letsbuy arranging pick up, keep thread updated with their action

No i didn't because they're responsible for all this mess so i don't want go any further and they giving me 2 days to replace product but if after 2 days they don't then i'm going to consumer court or write to Samsung Service center abt product that's the final way out for me !!

Yeah today one of my friend talked to letsbuy CC and they told him that they're providing Blue Dart service to pickup my courier in this 2 days so i don't need Aramex anymore but feel bad cause i waited 18 days but now waiting is the only option :( : !!
