Write Detail letter/mail/Call to SAMSUNG INDIA & ask them what to do as dealer NOT responding for DOA (Dead On Arrival) product also mentioned that you bought Samsung because you trust the Brand but dealer ruined all you dreams/plans to use SAMSUNG product. Be polite while talking with anyone regarding this issue as it's already 16 day old issue & you contacting them NOW.
You didn't mentioned at what price do you bought that & which model? do you have original receipt or not? do mentioned all this in each & every communication with related person/department may help you more.
