I bought some new goods which need some juice, so wanna buy 4 rechargeable AA batteries (and its charger) with more than 2500 mAh. Any idea what i should be looking for and where?

Please help! Thanks.

Look for nothing further than Eneloops. They can hold charges for much longer periods than routine NiMHs. You can buy a set of eneloops from some reputed seller in ebay. IIRC, Mediahome had also listed it.

Eneloops it is. But beware of fakes. There are plenty of fakes floating in the market. Get it from mediahome if he has it listed.

Sanyo Eneloops right? OK thanks for the input. BTW what about the charger, is it provided with the batteries, or do you buy it separately?

Eneloops all the way. I assume it's for the Wireless 360 controller and from my personal experience, they last a good 3-4 game session.

yes it is :D 3-4 is great, as i'll get 4 i'll never have to wait.

Please be very very carefull, last time we saw one story in this board itself about fake on ebaywith seller having lots of Positive feedbacks. so better always to get it from Croma or mediahome I guess.

^ These are also available in croma showrooms and i think they were cheaper than this ebay seller.
Are you sure it were eneloops

Because reently i made a visit to my local kroma and was horrified to see tab selling at 35k and ipod touch 64giga for 25k.Whereas both are 20% cheaper available with warranty

Croma sells PMPs, consoles, cameras, phones etc at the MRPs. Sometimes even consumer electronics as well - ACs, fridges, lcds etc. Pretty sure there find customers as well. Esp. those who are not willing to do some research and wouldn't mind shelling out more.

We cannot complain but at least us techies who are always well informed about the market pricing can buy it from elsewhere for a better bargain.

Planning to get 4 batteries with quick charger.

eBay India: Sanyo Quick Charger + 2000 NiMH Eneloop 4pc Battery War (item 230575442036 end time 25-Jan-2011 18:59:49 IST)

Is this worth buying?

Or the one with normal charger which costs 1300 buks should i go with it?
My two cents about quick charger. Avoid it if you can, Quick chargers reduce the life span and may not charge the batteries completely. Do some google search you will find many posts about quick chargers. Regular chargers are most suitable, consider them if you have time to charge the batteries overnight.
