This Maggi making recipe was taught to me by my mom and same has been taught to my gal by me...
its a very beloved way in my family to enjoy a good evening or a hungry nite with the lovely aroma and taste of the maggi.
Well i wud tell u all my recipe for Maggi------------->
ingredients:
1) 2 Tomatoes medium sized
2) 3-5 Chilles ( depends on u )
3) 2 tbsp Tomato ketchup
4) 1 tsp Salt ( depends on u )
5) 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder ( haldi )
6) Maggi Tastemaker
7) 2tsp Oil
8) 3 cups of water ( depends on u, how much thick-thin u prefer, but 3 is a must )
9) Maggi Noodles ( Masala/Tomato flavor... )
Now how to make it:
*Add 2tsp of Oil in a Kadhai (hollow pan) and heat it for a minute or a two at medium flame.
*Take the 2 tomatoes as well as the green chillies, cut them into very fine pieces and pour it into the kadhai.
* also add 1tsp of salt.
* add the maggi tastemaker.
* keep mixing/stirring all the above ingredients in the kadhai at medium flame until a paste is formed. the paste shud not be too thick nor too thin. somethin in middle.
* add 2tbsp of tomato ketchup and stir for 20-30 seconds
* add 3-4 cups of water in the kadhai which already has the above prepared paste and heat until the water comes to boil (u can see bubbles popping), do not forget to stir in between.
* do keep on eye on how much thick-thin the gravy is (select the same as per ur preference)
* then add the maggi noodles (masala or tomato flavor) in it and heat the same for almost 3-4 minutes with the LID on the kadhai.
* serve HOT in a bowl or a hollow plate with fork/spoon.
For Non-Vegetarians.....
do all the above said procedure or while doing it .
put other burner on the Flame and put a Tava over it.
add 1-2 tsp of Oil, let it get heated.
take an egg out of your fridge, crack it open on the tava and fry it thoroughly from both the sides. (i call it Alti-Palti).
serve this on top of the maggi noodles which we prepared above and u have a very good food to relish, when u had no one to ur stomachs rescue.
I hope this above recipe helps lots of ppl who dont like Maggi as it or wanna try out new things with their regular beloved maggi noodles.
I`ll keep adding more recipes here ....
Same method can be used to prepare TOP-RAMEN curry noodles........... also u can add some fried noodles over it
