Recommend a gaming headset.

Hi all,

I am perfectly satisfied with my Steelsound 5h (v2, because of RMA) but the change bug has bit me again.

Looking to buy a good head set. It will be basically for gaming. I have my MX5021 to satisfy my aural senses.

PRIORITIES:

GAMING SOUND ACCURACY (ability to hear foot steps) > MICROPHONE QUALITY > ALL ELSE.

I am looking at:
  1. Gamecom Pro.
  2. Sennheiser PC160
  3. Sennheiser HD 555+
Help me out.

it will be imposible for someone here to advice...coz u already got a Steelsound 5h !!...better try head-fi and ask the same
 
Ive used the GameComm Pro USB.

They are absolutely amazing.

Id prefer a Sennheiser 165 to anything anyday though.

no idea if u can get them here in india. best option is to source them from abroad.

Hey sometimes u need an ENT specialist more than an audio upgrade :bleh:

Get your ears distilled/cleaned with an ENT specialist...You have no idea of the power of our ears...;)

Makes a difference...:cool2:

Seriously, this is one aspect many audiophiles ignore.
