TUF is mid-range lineup while ROG is high-end.

I just need the Motherboard to have 4 RAM slots and 4 SATA ports (as I have 2 X HDDs and 2 X SSDs). Won't be overclocking at all. But I do want the mobo to have at least 7-8 USB ports. That's pretty much it really.

that will be fulfilled with B450 too, Tomahawk or Steel Legend in B450 will suffice - assumption here is you will not need Gen 4 storage - as none of the B450 officially support Gen4 graphics and storage.
