Recommend a Notebook in range of 25-30k

Following are the points to consider.

1. Gifting to Sister.
2. Will be used mostly for MS Office, Browsing, Watching Movies and a little programming.
3. Good battery life (2+ Hours.)
4. Reliable.
5. Would Prefer 14" but 15" are fine if look good. 12" and below look too small and No DVD Drive.
6. Would buy from Bangalore [Please suggest shops]
7. Budget is Strictly Maximum of 30,000 Rs.
