I have seen camelian 2500ma+charger in a pack for 950/- and
sony 2500mah 4batteries for 800+ sony charger 450/-
and also sony (2500mah+auto off charge)r for 2000/-

please tell me which one is better for my 8mp digi cam....
is the camelian one i mentioned above original?
 
camelion or uniross 2500mah batts would a great choice if you can be sure they are genuine

i bought a set of uniross last week for my cam
 
Using Sanyo 2700mAh (4 Nos.)+ Auto cutoff quick charger, gives me arnd 500 shots with my S3 IS, bought for 2.4k w/ 1 year warranty.

I think you get one sony 2500 mh battery for 100 bucks.

sony world aint the only place that u can get 'original' sony... :P :P

the grey market is always there :)
 
Nope, Sony batteries are almost 100% fake in the grey market. I bought from various shops in Lamington Road and ALL turned out to be fake. The packaging is excellent and you cant tell the diff between fake and original. I got lucky once though when I paid 190 for a pair of Sony 2300 mAH batteries and they were original.
 
^^^ how do make out from usage that they are original? i bought 4AA 2500mAH sony pieces from nehru place for 450/- n they work great...
 
Uniross is quite good, I got them too...however I got them imported..

I would also suggest getting Uniross over popular brands like Sony, Sanyo, etc as chances for it being fake would be quite less, since it is one of the lesser known brand, here in India...
 
Get Uniross... they are pretty decent.

PS: Make sure you donot buy those 1hr. chargers. They do charge the battery completely in an hour... however the overall battery life is reduced by a third.

seems sanyo are good enuff for that...

can u plz tell me where to get the batteries.....

Most imp is if u cud let me knw what model no the charger is

the grey market is flooded with fake ones be it sony or camelion,so i bought 2AA size 2500mah from sony world.the ones available in the grey market feels like its a 700mah batteries though marketed as 2700mah.
 
+1 for Uniross 2500mah. Been using them for 2 months on my 5.1MP Cybershot, very good performance :)
 
I had got a Eveready Recharge 2100 Series Battery pack for 900 bux from Croma Mall (Juhu, Mumbai) a year ago. It had 4 AA sized NiMH 2050 mAh rechargeable batteries. The charger is Quick Charger and charges 4 AA NiMH Batteries in 6 hours. It has Auto cut-off when batteries get fully charged. Also it can charge 2 AAA batteries (not included).

The batteries still work fine giving around 300 shots (for each pair) with flash et al...
