Windows based

A Business Smartphone with Windows = A QWERTY Smartphone with Windows Mobile >> I assume.

I think the Samsung Omnia Pro B7320 is ur best bet in ~10k

It has 3G, 3.0MP camera & Windows Mobile 6.5

U may even consider the B7330 if u like or even the Samsung C6625.

Yup Omnia Pro B7320 or Omnia Lite or LG GW 550 or HTC Touch 2(around 14K)...

I recommend Omnia Lite...
