RED ANTS inside my cell...read along

once upon a time, my charger was not working, just opened it to see if something i can fix but could not fix nothing but found some dead red ants.

never knew such small ants can do so much to come on TECHENCLAVE, man they famous now.

^^ They already do. Don't forget that ants out survived every one of the so called dominant species that ever roamed our planet. They were there when humans evolved and they will be there when its end of the line for the human race.

Its quite amusing to realize that regardless of how much evolution life forms have undergone in the race for the survival of the fittest, its the most simplest of life forms that outlive all the hurdles. A point also depicted in the movie of a head & shoulders ad called Evolution. In that movie no matter how fast and how many forms the alien life evolves, when its faced by a threat that challenges its existence, it falls back to the most primitive and basic amoebic form.

and for rest no guys i did made it clear there wasnt any eatable greasy called stuff on the phone too. m sure of such hygiene.

I have heard of lappys & stuff underneath car bonnet been attacked by ants but now cell??:S

eventually now ants are finding places on techno sites too..-a revolution for them:P
 
its normal for ants to go into electronics during cool/rainy days...iv had them in my DVD player,CPU,mobile,PS2,PS3...they even managed to eat thru one of my PS3's rubber legs...
 
Ants dont like cigg smoke, if this happens again, blow some smoke near the cell phone. (assuming u smoke, if u dont get a smoker buddy and tell him to do it )
 
Ants always try to get in to my hard drives leaving white powder like substance around.
Today itself i cleaned both my HD's coz of that :@
 
Ants getting into cabinets, hdds, phones, dslrs.
Rats eating up speaker boxes and wires.
WTH is happening :chair:

@faraz: strange...it might be the deadly white ants then..the symptoms tell it all... check your hdd pcb thoroughly man.

No they are usual red ants.

The white substance is probably some sort of a sealant used in HD's

I might be wrong regarding the sealant part though.
 
Ronit noted a group of ants entering my Redmi 1S phone from the headset socket. Luckily no damage noticeable so far. Used Ant chalk and so far 10 dead. Just a thought, the ants are looking for warm places to survive the winter, mobiles today are good warm places to cozy up.

Lol Red ants attracted to Redmi :hilarious:. Its winter and these scenario are bound to happen. Keep your cell elsewhere.
