I don't know how they push cash or put cash into ATM machine because I have never seen one but because of the number of counterfeit currency that came when my uncle drew from the same bank ATM and same bank denied it's theirs makes it look like the higher ups of a bank might be involved with this pushing or putting business where they might be adding some counterfeit currency along with normal ones. This is my doubt.

Yes, asking them by writing a letter might get some kind of response because I learnt this from my uncle only. Every time any problem occurs he immediately writes to the banking ombudsman or to the bank for clarification. When I was young I used to see him type in his portable typewriter and immediately send letters. He is an orthodox man. Nowadays we are not doing anything like this but post in twitter or facebook by tagging to who ever is responsible.

Reddit here is coming out to be completely senseless and racist company.
After I added a Non-Indian credit card for payment, Reddit unilaterally and permanently suspended my Ads account.
Things to note from the conversation with contact support personnel (Aditi):
- They do not intimate you via email if your ads account is revoked.
- There is no appeal structure to challenge the revocation.
- They does not provide reason of revocation at all.
You guys may be wondering, what kind of ads I was running to justify this revocation:
- I was advertising my service called "CopyMails.com" which facilitates continuous backup of your important emails from one Gmail account to another.
- The complete export of the campaign is attached, you may see that it do not contain anything offensive at all.

Good question.
Let me point it out for you and others:
- They do not consider Indian advertisers as worthy and do not provide them a compatible way of do billing.
- When a Indian advertiser uses a Non-Indian Credit Card for billing, they simply revoke the account.
From what I've seen in other international providers, your international card not under your name would've triggered a probable fraudulent transaction alert on their systems. They generally don't reveal the reason for revoking your account because in most cases fraudulent actors fix those issues and try to adapt and look like genuine users. You're one of the false positives but this's something that every company does to safeguard themselves from fraud.
For example, take a look at Hetzner reddit. You'll see one or two rants every day for their account being revoked / not accepted.
From what I see, they shouldn't have let you advertise if they knew that they don't accept Indian cards. That's completely their mistake.
In most cases, mid-large Indian SAAS companies open an office / bank account in the US to circumvent all the rules by RBI (payment processing / LRS). So none of the large payers would've complained. So they don't care till then.
Even Microsoft took a long time to adapt to this payment change. I vaguely remember them extending many subscriptions for free because of this.

There's nothing worthy / not worthy. They just see if switching to a new payment processor who complies with RBI's specifications (which is different from how the whole world operates) is worth the cost. Currently, they don't think so. Do you think if a big Indian conglomerate wants to advertise on Reddit, they'll do the same thing just because they hate Indians?

You are probably right, they just don't find India as big enough market for them as advertisers.
Reddit does allows Indian advertisers, products, services from India.
There could be numerous other reasons for your account suspension.
I just checked in your website copymails, this does not has any kind of contact information (mailing address or contact number) and you are providing paid services.
Was your account new on reddit (recently made)

Yes, my account was new. But they accepted by new CC and deducted the balance amount from it.
The problem is no reason and no appeal structure. If they need anything for the compliance, the advertiser will do it.
Now, I am just requesting TE members to suggest possible solutions to this.
