refurbished phones from ebay

Hai friends I am planning to buy refurbished phone from ebay.please give your valuable advises about refurbished products.

I wont encourage buying phones from Ebay. A couple of friends have bought phones from Trusted Dealers, one of which i've found was an old phone with a new housing. And the other one being a refurbished phone when claimed to be a sealed box phone. This has created a lot of doubts in my mind about buying phones from ebay.
